Splits Sheet:
Ever want to print out a table with splits for various points on a CC course or laps on a track event. I made this calc to do just that. You enter a target distance, a time for your best runner, an increment in seconds for all the other runners, and distances along the course or track that you want splits for. You'll get the pace for each row plus splits for all the distances you entered.

Critical Velocity Sheet:
In order to handle split times for multiple runners at various distances I made this CV table maker based on Final Surge for 5000 meters. You enter a 5k time for your best runner, an increment in seconds for all the others, and distances along the course or track. Here is the link to the Web App.

The calculator below isn't as applicable to CC as it is to track, but I use it several times during the track season for a great speed workout.
Dr. Joe Vigil Acceleration Ladder
In Dr. Joe Vigil's book, "Road to the Top" there's a speed workout that he describes that starts at your mile pace for 100 meters and advances in even increments to 200 meters at your 400 pace. It's an excellent speed endurance workout and this calulator will produce all the splits for all members of your team in table form. Instructions are within the program.
